Pep Guardiola insists Raheem Sterling has not yet Attained the level of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.

Sterling has started the season in form, scoring eight goals in seven games for both England and Manchester City.
England director Gareth Southgate believes the 24-year-old has got the potential be the best footballer on the planet and to overtake Ronaldo and Messi.
Guardiola has advocated those comparisons to be ignored by Sterling.
“Hopefully he cannot read too much and listen to these sort of items, it would be useful for him,” said Guardiola, before Saturday’s trip to Norwich – live on Sky Sports.
“nobody can compare with Cristiano [Ronaldo] and [Lionel] Messi.”
Sterling scored one and set up two as England beat on Kosovo on Saturday.
The former Liverpool winger has managed six goals in as many matches for England and Guardiola is now very happy to see his participant shine.
“I am so happy with what he’s been performing since we’ve been together,” said Guardiola.
“Everything that has happened to him is great because he’s got an unbelievable work ethic and he is an incredibly great man.
“Each time I understand that the situation is going nicely, not just with usbut by means of the national group, his country, I’m delighted.”
